What happens on the call

No fluff. Pure signal.

Thirty minutes, four moves. Here's exactly what we do — and what you walk away with regardless of what you decide after.

1

Context

You tell me how your business actually runs — your day-to-day operations, where the friction is, and what's eating up time that shouldn't be. I listen more than I talk.

2

Audit

I map what you've described against the highest-leverage AI use cases I know from working across many business types. We identify the 3–5 places where AI should be doing work right now.

3

Plan

You get a clear, prioritized action plan — specific, not generic. Whether or not we work together, you leave knowing exactly what to build first and why. That plan is yours to keep.

4

Options

If the audit suggests I can help — through consulting, contracting, coaching, or something else — I'll be direct about what I'd recommend. No hard sell. You'll know if there's a fit by the end of the call.

You leave with a plan

Seriously. Even if we never work together, the audit is valuable. That's by design — I'd rather earn a relationship by being genuinely useful upfront than pitch you into something with a weak first impression.

Who you'll be working with

An operator who actually ships.

Not a strategist. Not a reseller. An operator who builds AI systems — and has spent years managing complex, multi-team construction projects where the schedule is law and excuses don't move walls.

As a construction superintendent at a production homebuilder, I coordinate dozens of subcontractors, run parallel job sites, and close out homes on a fixed timeline with zero margin for "it'll be done soon." That kind of operational accountability — where every bottleneck costs real money and slipping one trade stacks into five — is the lens I bring to every AI build. I build AI that runs reliably under real accountability, not demo conditions.

The person on the call is the person who does the build. No handoffs, no junior contractors, no outsourced thinking.

  • Construction superintendent background — systems that break in the real world get fixed, not explained away.
  • Builds and runs AI end-to-end across automation, content, ops, and customer workflows.
  • Pragmatic — focused on what runs, not what sounds smart in a slide deck.
  • Transparent about what's possible, what it costs, and what it takes to maintain.

Why free?

The audit pays for itself in the first call.

A lot of businesses show up already sold on an AI tool someone pitched them — but without a clear sense of whether it solves anything real. The audit resets that. We go back to first principles: what actually costs you time or money right now, and what could AI realistically fix in the next 90 days?

Thirty minutes of that conversation is worth more than most AI courses you could take — because it's about your specific business, not a hypothetical one. That's why it's free. I get to see if there's a fit. You get something useful either way.

  • No pitch dressed up as advice — just an honest look at your operations.
  • You leave with a prioritized plan, not a sales brochure.
  • If there's no fit, I'll tell you — and point you somewhere useful instead.

Common questions

Before you book.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

Genuinely free. Thirty minutes, no invoice at the end. The "catch" — if you can call it one — is that I'm looking for clients I can actually help. If the audit reveals a real fit, I'll say so directly. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too and point you toward something useful. Either way, you get an honest read on your business.

What should I do to prepare for the call?

Nothing elaborate. When you book you'll get a one-question prep form: "What's the thing in your business that eats the most time or causes the most friction right now?" Answer that in two sentences and you're fully prepared. The rest comes out naturally in conversation.

I'm not sure AI is ready for my industry. Is this call still worth it?

Yes — especially if you're skeptical. That's the conversation worth having. The audit is as much about separating the hype from what's actually proven as it is about selling AI. A lot of businesses are either over-investing in tools they don't need or ignoring high-leverage applications that have been running reliably for two years. We'll figure out which camp you're in.

What happens after the audit?

You get the plan we built together and you're free to take it anywhere. If you want me to help build or run it, we'll talk through the right option — consulting, contracting, coaching, or a course depending on your situation and budget. There's no default assumption that you're buying anything. Most people appreciate that.

Do you work with small businesses or just larger companies?

Both, and I'd argue small businesses benefit more. Larger organizations have teams, budgets, and runway to absorb inefficiency. A small business that gets 10 hours a week back from AI automation feels it immediately. The audit is designed to find that leverage fast — most of the wins in small business are straightforward, they just haven't been built yet.

Ready when you are

Thirty minutes. A real plan. Zero pressure.

You'll be talking to the operator who does the work — not a sales team running a script. Book the free AI audit and find out exactly where AI should be working in your business.
