  • Name and email address when you book a call, fill out a contact form, or join the community.
  • Business context you share during an audit or in emails.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store raw card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic analytics (page views, referrer, browser type) via Cloudflare — no cross-site tracking cookies.
  • IP address logged by Cloudflare infrastructure as part of normal request handling.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry or run your scheduled call.
  • To deliver the service you purchased (course access, community membership, consulting engagement).
  • To send you updates you asked for — you can unsubscribe any time.
  • To improve the site based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use third-party tools (Cal.com/Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, Skool for community) and each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

Cookies

This site uses no first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a functional cookie for security. Embedded scheduling tools (Cal.com, Calendly) set their own cookies when loaded — see their respective policies.

Data Retention

We retain contact and engagement records as long as the business relationship is active, plus a reasonable period after. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

  • Request deletion.
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link).
