Fractional AI Operator · Fully Remote · Month-to-Month

Your AI
Operations,
Handled.

You hire me to run your AI operations month over month — automations, content systems, research, whatever moves the needle. The output of several employees, for a fraction of one salary.

The cost of doing nothing

A full-time AI hire costs $120k–$180k/yr.
Before benefits.

And that's if you can even find someone who actually knows what they're doing — not someone who put "AI" on their resume six months ago. You're looking at six-figure salaries, a months-long hiring process, onboarding overhead, and still no guarantee it works.

  • I'm embedded in your operations from week one. No ramp time theater.
  • Month-to-month — no 12-month contracts, no golden handcuffs.
  • Backed by AI systems running 24/7, not a 40-hour workweek.
  • One retainer. One operator. Real output, every month.

No benefits. No HR. No office. Just output.
What I run for you

Whatever moves
the needle.

This isn't a rigid retainer with a fixed menu. We identify your highest-leverage opportunities at the start and I go run them. Each month is scoped to what actually matters.

Automations & Workflows

From lead follow-up to internal ops — I build automations that run without you touching them. Intake forms, CRM triggers, document generation, reporting pipelines, whatever's bleeding hours.

Content Systems

Consistent, high-quality content without the bottleneck of one person doing it all. I build AI-powered content pipelines — social, email, video scripts, long-form — that produce at volume without burning out a team.

Research & Intelligence

Competitive research, market intelligence, customer insight synthesis — I run AI-powered research loops that surface what you need to know, not a stack of unread reports.

Operations & Systems Ops

SOPs, onboarding flows, internal knowledge bases, AI assistants trained on your business — the infrastructure that makes your team faster without hiring more of it.

Sales & Lead Infrastructure

AI-assisted outreach, follow-up sequences, lead scoring, and CRM enrichment. I build the plumbing so your sales function runs cleaner — more at-bats, less manual chasing.

Whatever Moves the Needle

The retainer isn't a rigid checklist. If the biggest opportunity this month is a customer-facing AI tool, a data dashboard, or a process that doesn't have a name yet — that's what we build.

How it stacks up

Me vs a full-time hire
vs an agency.

Three ways to get this work done. Only one actually works the way modern businesses do.

Best value

Fractional Operator
(Me)

  • $3,000–$7,500/mo, month-to-month
  • Embedded in your operations from day one
  • Works across automations, content, research, ops
  • AI-amplified output — not capped at 40hrs/week
  • Direct line to the person doing the work
  • No hiring risk, no severance, no overhead
  • Starts contributing in the first week
Heavy overhead

Full-Time AI Hire

  • $120k–$180k/yr + benefits + taxes
  • 3–6 month hiring + onboarding cycle
  • Narrow skill set — specialist, not generalist
  • 40hr/week hard ceiling on output
  • HR, management, performance reviews
  • Severance exposure if it doesn't work
  • 60–90 days to be genuinely useful
Slow & abstract

Agency

  • $8k–$20k+/mo for comparable scope
  • Account managers, not operators
  • Junior staff do the actual work
  • 6–12 month contracts common
  • Strategy decks, not shipped systems
  • You're one of 20+ clients
  • Discovery process takes weeks
Monthly retainer pricing

Simple. Flat. No surprises.

Month-to-month. No lock-in. Limited to a small number of clients at a time — this is a focused engagement, not a volume play.

Required first step

$1,200 Discovery Sprint

Before any retainer begins, we run a one-time Discovery Sprint — a focused engagement to map your operations, surface the highest-leverage opportunities, and confirm this is the right fit. It's not a sales call. It's a real deliverable: you walk away with a prioritized AI roadmap whether we continue or not. The $1,200 is credited toward your first retainer month if we proceed.

Slots are limited by design. I keep the roster small so every client gets real attention — not a seat at a table of 40. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours.

Onboarding

Up and running in
one week.

No 90-day ramp. No procurement theater. The first week is productive — not orientation.

1

Discovery Sprint

Every engagement starts with a $1,200 Discovery Sprint — a focused session to map your operations, identify the 3–5 highest-leverage opportunities, and confirm this is the right fit. You get a prioritized AI roadmap whether we continue or not. The $1,200 credits toward month one if we proceed.

2

Scope Month One

Before we start, we lock a clear Month One plan — specific workstreams, deliverables, and what "done" looks like. No vague mandates. I know exactly what I'm running and so do you.

3

I Start Running

Week one I'm in your tools, mapping your workflows, and shipping the first build. You'll have something tangible — an automation, a content pipeline, a system — within seven days of starting.

4

Weekly Cadence

Every week you get an async update: what shipped, what's in progress, what's coming next. No status meetings you have to run. You stay informed without being involved in the execution.

5

Monthly Strategy Call

Once a month we realign. What worked, what didn't, what the priorities are next month. The retainer flexes with your business — if the opportunity shifts, the scope shifts.

6

Cancel or Scale

30 days notice to cancel, no penalty. Or we scale up — upgrade your tier, grow the backlog, expand into new categories. You stay in control of the engagement the entire time.

Who this is for

The right fit
is specific.

This isn't for everyone, intentionally. The retainer works best when there's real operational leverage to unlock. Here's who gets the most out of it.

  • Growing businesses with operational drag — you're scaling fast enough that manual processes are becoming the bottleneck.
  • Founders who want to move faster — you have the vision, you just need execution capacity that matches it.
  • Teams with a content problem — output needs to go up but headcount can't.
  • Operators who've tried AI and stalled — you started, got partway, and now it's sitting unused. I'll finish the job.
  • Anyone who knows they should be further along — and wants someone who'll actually do it, not explain it.
NOT a fit if...
  • × You want a strategy deck, not shipped systems
  • × You need a tool recommendation, not an operator
  • × You're not ready to give me real access to your operations
Great fit if...
  • You value shipped work over polished presentations
  • You want a direct line to the person doing the work
  • You want to move fast, not wait on procurement
Common questions

FAQ

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer does a project and leaves. This is ongoing, embedded operations — I'm running your AI systems month over month, not handing you a deliverable and disappearing. The relationship compounds. Month three looks completely different from month one because I understand your business deeply and the systems I've built are layered.

What does "fully remote" actually mean in practice?

I work inside your tools — Slack, Notion, your CRM, your email stack, whatever you use. You'll have async updates, Loom walkthroughs, and regular calls. The work happens remotely but it doesn't feel distant. Most clients say it feels like having someone on the team who's just not in the office.

How quickly will I see results?

Fast. The scope session before we start is designed to identify what can ship in week one. You won't be waiting 30 days to see your first deliverable — the model is bias toward action, not process. Typically clients have 2–3 tangible systems live in the first month.

What if I want to cancel?

30 days written notice, no penalty, no drama. The month-to-month structure is intentional — I'm not interested in locking clients in. If the engagement stops being valuable, you should leave. I'd rather earn the renewal every month than hold clients to a contract.

Why are slots limited?

Because this isn't an agency with a bench of junior talent — it's me, doing the work, and a small AI-amplified operation behind it. Taking on more clients than I can run well would make it worse for everyone. The limited slots aren't a sales tactic — they're what makes the quality possible.
